Constantly disconnects from phone & wont reconnect. Cannot adjust anything without it connected. Contacted developers multiple times & never a reply. Total waste of time & money!!!

My watch dont connect to my Phone anymore.
Before the update it took hundreds of tries and multiple battery replacements to connect. Now with the new update, it won't connect at all. You get what you pay for.
I cannot even connect the app to my gear. No matter what device I try. Please help
